My wedding season has definitely started off strong and this particular Friday wedding in April was no exception. One thing I love so much about being a South Florida Wedding Photographer is that people plan a lot of destination weddings in my area and the Florida Keys is definitely my favorite place to shoot! As you may remember when I shared their engagement session from February, Nicole and Kyle came to me from Saint Louis and my second shooter Julie and I had an absolute blast being a part of their day. This was my first time photographing an event at Coconut Cove Resort & Marina and they did not disappoint. They gave so much attention to every detail for Nicole’s vision, and they even surprised the wedding guests with a Fireworks show during the First Dance. How sweet is that?! It was definitely one of my favorite parts of the night, most definitely contending with the Krispy Kreme Donut stand in lieu of the wedding cake. That was a first for me and I could absolutely get on board with seeing that at more weddings! LOL.
Everyone from the wedding party to the guests were all so kind and the vendors that worked together on this were absolutely amazing, and credit should absolutely be given where due!
