Photographer Mentoring | Headshots

5/13/16

wedding photography mentoringBack in March when I traveled to the Outerbanks to speak at Ashton Kelley’s workshop I pulled my camera out and had a chance to jump in on some headshot opportunities for some of the attendees. The sun was shining so brilliantly that day, you would look at these photos and probably never guess it was pretty darn cold! But I loved having the chance to get some of these beautiful women, inside and out, in front of my camera. I only wish I had gotten Ashton in some of these as well! But maybe next time. And there WILL be a next time as Ashton has invited me back to both her Savannah workshop in October and her Orlando workshop in November. 🙂 For more details visit her retreat website, maybe you can join us! I’m so lucky to know someone with so many aspirations to help others grow in their business. It’s allowed me an opportunity to do something I wasn’t sure I’d ever do, and I really did enjoy being a small part of someone else’s growth as a photographer.

I’ve even decided to offer one on one sessions to anyone who’s interested in the future. If you’re a photographer trying to get your footing in this business, someone who wants to learn and grow, I’m happy to help! Just reach out to me for more details on my mentoring sessions. They can be done in person or online via Skype or FaceTime. In the meantime, enjoy all these pretty faces!
